Deacons’ Mercy Fund
The deacons help meet physical needs of our congregation and immediate community through the Mercy Fund. This fund has enabled us to financially assist those experiencing unexpected hardships such as storm damage, temporary homelessness, health crises, and other emergencies. You can help support these efforts on the first Sunday of each month (Red Bucket Sunday) by dropping donations in the red buckets near the entrance of church or by giving online (select Mercy Fund).
Missions and ministries we support monthly
The missions committee leads Redeemer's efforts in supporting ministries and missionaries dedicated to spreading God's word and much-needed assistance in our local community, throughout the country, and across the world. Donations to Redeemer’s Missions Fund (drop in the green buckets on the third Sunday of the month or give online) support these missions monthly.
The Esther Project Shop
The Esther Project Shop helps Kenyan artisans market their goods in the U.S., providing a sustainable income and reducing their risk of becoming victims of trafficking. Redeemer supports this unique nonprofit with monthly contributions and by hosting opportunities to purchase their handmade creations. One of our longtime members sits on the board for this organization and is closely involved with many of the ministry’s operations.
Behind the Scenes Ministries
Hatem and Lisa minister to the Middle East through Behind the Scenes Ministries, which produces impactful discipleship- focused programming for regional Christian satellite channels and social media, as well as media production training with a Christian worldview. Redeemer hosts Hatem and Lisa when they visit Florida and provides monthly financial support.

Though not part of our regular missions giving, Redeemer also periodically supports the following two organizations.
Glory Christian School
Glory Christian School is the only free Christian school in Kenya. Redeemer supports the second-grade class (about 60 students) with monthly contributions. The funding has helped to pay for the teacher’s salary, desks and classroom supplies. To support Glory Christian, note as such on your check in the weekly offering or give online (select Glory Christian).
Education for Life
Most well-known for its Women's Pregnancy Center, this local ministry provides counseling, ultrasounds, parenting classes, life-coaching and more, truly taking a holistic approach to its pro-life mission. Redeemer supports EFL through its annual Walk for Life.
